Buying a property at an auction can feel intimidating, but the process is more structured than most people expect.
Every auction on NOVEXA follows a clear sequence. First, the seller (usually a bank under the SARFAESI Act or a court) publishes a notice with the property details, the reserve price and the EMD amount. You register, pay the EMD, and get access to the auction room.
The auction itself runs on a fixed schedule. You place bids above the minimum increment, and the highest valid bid at closing wins. If you win, you pay the balance within the stipulated time and the sale is confirmed in your favour.
What matters most is preparation: read the notice carefully, inspect the property if possible, and set a strict budget before you start bidding.
